Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purchase of Kofax Kapow Robotic Process Enterprise Automation. 5.1 The Contractor shall provide or make available to STS staff annual maintenance to holders of software licenses that have paid the annual maintenance fee. 5.2 Annual maintenance shall include the following services: Technical advice on software, which shall be available to annual maintenance subscribers The service shall be available Monday through Friday 6AM-5PM Pacific Time excluding posted Kofax Americas holidays and during events outside the Contractor’s span of control or scheduled, announced down time. The support shall include: operation, troubleshooting, problem resolution, security, updates, upgrades and patches issues.
