Specifications include, but are not limited to: A qualified Contractor to provide and install two (2) new 2000 gallon grease interceptors and removal of the existing four (4) 750 gallon grease interceptors. Expose and demolish the existing grease interceptors. Remove the existing sidewalk were necessary to remove the existing tanks. Install gravel to bed the new ditch as required per the specs of the tank manufacturer. Using a crane , lift the tanks from the loading dock area outside the kitchen and swing them over the building and other obstructions to set the tanks into the prepared hole. The grease interceptor will be connected in series as required by Nashville Metro codes. After the tanks are installed and connected inspection from Nashville Metro Codes will be required. Once inspection is completed, the tanks will need to be backfilled using gravel as required per the specs of the manufacturer. The section of concrete sidewalk that was removed and finished to match the existing sidewalk will need to be replaced. The remaining dirt and spread straw in the excavated area will need to be hauled off. A pump truck will need to be provided to remove the waste water from the kitchen when in use.
