Specifications include, but are not limited to: Evaluation Planning and Implementation Facilitate the draft of an evaluation section of future grant proposals through a participatory approach with the Department of Research, Assessment, and Evaluation (RAE) staff and relevant MNPS administrators overseeing the grant development that will develop an evaluation design including a theory of action and/or logical planning framework, a timeline for completion indicating milestones, quarterly status and final reports, identify methods (quantitative, qualitative, or mixed), determine data collection methods and specifications, propose and design instruments, interview protocols and observation rubrics, and select reporting formats, tailored to the MNPS program models, goals, and objectives, and evaluation needs. Present the initial evaluation plan at a meeting conducted by RAE staff and including relevant MNPS administrators for review and discussion leading to adoption or suggested modification of the plan. This meeting may occur through web/video conferencing services.
