Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Department of Human Services is seeking a contract to conduct genetic testing for its Child Support Enforcement Program (“Child Support”) in the state of Tennessee. The Contractor must arrange for specimen collection services in all thirty one (31) Title IV-D Judicial Districts and provide annual and required training to Child Support office personnel to do self-collection when requested by staff in various Child Support offices. The contractor must determine and arrange clinic schedules for the purpose of specimen collection. The Contractor must provide testing results within specified time limits via a confidential website; portal and/or data file for the purpose of sharing case information with Child Support. The Contractor will provide consultation services related to test results, testing procedures, specific cases, and current genetic testing technology and methodology to the establishment staff. Hard copies of reports will be made available upon request.
