Specifications include, but are not limited to: : During the course of the contract, the State will request a Contractor to de-install and re-install State owned open office landscape furniture. Furniture is Steel Case, Herman Miller, and Hayworth (unigroup 1) office furniture products. All de-installations and re-installations of non-warranty furniture/products will require prior approval from the State (Department of General Services (DGS) State of Tennessee Real Estate Asset Management (STREAM). The State will be responsible for monitoring these jobs. At the discretion of the State, the Contractor will be required to disassemble, relocate, and reassemble, if necessary, non-warranty furniture/products to a location designated by the State. Disposal location information will be disclosed by the State when a quote is requested.
