Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Three (3) Live HD cameras/tripods (one (1) wide, and at least two (2) “staffed” side cameras) b. Four-input video switcher/computer c. One Video channel for Power Point or video presentations with audio d. 1 channel for Audio (“Push to talk XLR” mics supplied by APSU) e. Digital audio board with output to APSU supplied in-room or other PA solution f. LIVE streaming capture equipment/services (APSU to provide YouTube channel as streaming service). Equipment – List of model equipment to be used for each category (attach separate sheet if necessary). g. Setup and testing (of all of the above) to occur at least 24 hours before board meeting. h. Experienced camera, audio, streaming personnel i. Editing of streamed content, video and audio enhanced and encoded ((Edited files due to APSU within seven (7) calendar days.))
