Specifications include, but are not limited to: ·The removal of drywall and metal studded interior partition walls, including necessary electrical relocation.·Removal of the existing exterior heating unit and associated interior duct work.·Repair, resurface, and apply an epoxy coating of the existing concrete flooring.·Construction of a concrete masonry unit (CMU) block office and toilet room within the existing metal building footprint, including water and sewer service to the building.·The installation of an emergency shower/eyewash station.·Cleaning of the existing building ventilation system and repair/refurbishing of the existing roof mounted blower fan, as necessary, to ensure proper operating condition.·The installation of a new, supplementary building ventilation system, including roof mounted blowerfan, louvers, duct work, inlets, and approximately 15-foot by 4-foot pre-manufactured ventilation hood. ·Removal and replacement of four (4) exterior upward coiling doors with two (2) new upward coilingdoors; a double man door; and a CMU infill and window.·Extension of the existing concrete building apron around the northern and western perimeter of the building. ·Installation of a flat soffit hanger rod canopy around the southern (front) and western side of the building. ·Repair of existing concrete curbing and asphalt pavement associated with concrete apron and utility construction.
