Specifications include, but are not limited to: CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE LABOR & EQUIPMENT TO REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF OLD PART OF EXISTING DOCK AND SHALL ATTACH NEW PART OF EXISTING DOCK TO REPLACEMENT DOCK. OFFLOAD AND INSTALL REPLACEMENT DOCK. CONTRACTOR SHALL CONTACT PARK MANAGEMENT TO DETERMINE CONNECTING METHOD OF NEW AND USABLE PART OF EXISTING DOCK. IT SHALL BE THE CONTRACTORS RESPONSIBILTY TO OBTAIN REQUIRED PERMITS AND PAY FEES SCHEDULE INSPECTIONS OR APPROVALS. USE OF EXISTING GANGWAY FRAMEWORK AND SPUD POLES PERMITTED. CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PROPERLY FASTENING AND PLACEMENT OF DOCK TO EXISTING GANGWAY. SHALL REPLACE EXISTING GANGWAY FLOORING WITH PRESSURE TREATED 2X6 TIMBERS MAXIMUM ¼” SPACING BETWEEN BOARDS AND PROPERLY FASTEN. UTILITIES ON EXISTING DOCK SHALL BE REPLACED WITH NEW MATERIALS TO SAME LOCATION ON REPLACEMENT DOCK IN COMPLIANCE TO LOCAL, STATE AND FEDERAL LAWS OR CODES. CONTRACTOR SHALL DEMO EXISTING CONCRETE PAD AND POUR NEW PAD TO MATCH EXISTING IN SIZE WITH ½” REBAR GRID, 4,000 PSI MIX, MINIMUM 4” IN THICKNESS AT ENTRANCE OF GANGWAY. GANGWAY SHALL BE ATTACHED TO PAD AND REPLACEMENT DOCK.
