Specifications include, but are not limited to: A vendor that will collect data on perceptions of health and quality of life among adults living in Knox County, Tennessee. - Data collection shall begin as expeditiously as possible after the contract is fully executed and shall be completed by March 31, 2019. - Data will be collected in phases: ∙ Phase one, quantitative: community survey (online or telephone or both) with representative sample of about 600 responses ∙ Phase two, qualitative: focus groups (8 groups of 8-12 people each) and key informant interviews (about 10), with questions pertaining to the health issues identified as most pressing in Phase one community survey - The Contractor will consult with Knox County Health Department to formulate questions for all phases. - For the quantitative survey, overall respondents will be reflective of the demographics of the general population. Final focus group composition will be based on conversation with Knox County Health Department.
