Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work includes the Renovation of the 3rd floor of 160 North Main for the Aging Commission. All work shown and indicated on the Construction Documents and Specifications is to be included in the project. The tenant finish out of the existing space includes new walls, new paint, installation of floor bases, ceiling work, and custom millwork fabrication and installation. Also included is electrical scope involving the installation of new power, lighting, emergency lighting. All electrical work is to tie back into the existing electrical panels and coordinate with all other trades. All mechanical systems are existing with the exception of thermostats which are to be installed once the new walls are in place. Balancing of the existing system is the responsibility of the contractor. Modular furniture installation is excluded from the scope. All power to the modular furniture is to be included per the electrical sheets.
