Specifications include, but are not limited to: Metro has several facilities that have fitness centers. Some of these facilities require proper service and equipment to keep the centers in operation. Metro's goal for this solicitation is enter into an indefinite delivery / indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with a contractor to provide a wide range of commercial grade fitness equipment that meets the various needs of a wide range of users. All equipment must be Commercial Grade equipment; no residential grade equipment will be accepted. Determination of acceptability of any and all equipment will be at the sole discretion of Metro. · Contractor shall not use any Metro dumpsters unless prior approval and arrangements have been made by the receiving agency. · Any damage to floors, walls or any part of a facility or property shall be repaired at the cost of the contractor. · Contractor must visibly display a Metro Vendor ID at all times. · Metro reserves the right to have the contractor disassemble and remove old equipment in concert with the purchase and installation of new replacement equipment. Metro would require the Contractor to deliver the equipment.
