Specifications include, but are not limited to: Awarded Contractor will be responsible for providing all semi-annual maintenance inspections as recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer. Contractor will be responsible for performing all oil and filter changes, as well as oil sampling on a semi-annual basis. Contractor must be able to perform load bank testing. Contractor must be able to perform annual maintenance on transfer switches per the manufacturers recommended guidelines. All inspections/maintenance shall include a written inspection report of all items checked/changed and shall be provided to MNPS upon completion and/or included with invoicing. Contractor shall provide documentation of actual shipping charges related to parts ordered and related urgency as determined by the customer (e.g.- overnight, regular ground, etc.) at time of quoting repairs. Contractor must have the ability to provide services during both regular and emergency hours. Prior to Contractor providing any services. Contractor shall provide MNPS with at least a 48 hour notification. Tests will be performed between 7 am and 4 pm M-F, with the exception of scheduled MNPS administrative holidays. Repairs will be quoted in writing to the customer in advance of beginning any work and will require written notification from the customer prior to any parts being ordered or service being scheduled.
