Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide staff at Auditorium events, as may be requested by the designated Nashville Municipal Auditorium personnel, to perform Security Services including, but not limited to the following:·Crowd management services including any other crowd management staff and security staff as requested by the NMA at the Facility. The services shall include:·Crowd control, peer security, and any other such functions hereunder at the NMA,·Access control to the stage and backstage areas prior to, during and after one or more live entertainment events, as required by the NMA and pursuant to the NMA's direction,·Facility ingress and egress control and·Direction and control of the audience to deter any crowd disturbances.·The Contractor would be required to provide these services with the exception of instances when an event promoter wished to provide their own approved event security. The staff of the NMA will recommend the utilization of the Contractor's services, but it is not mandatory that the promoters comply.
