Specifications include, but are not limited to: Development and facilitation of an organizational assessment and service review process. Systematic collection, review, and analysis of data and information on South Dakota’s current public health issues and the needs of communities served by OCFS. •Systematic collection, review, and analysis of data and information on OCFS organizational structure and operations information, and OCFS services and programs. •Prioritization of OCFS service needs across the State, and identification of possible OCFS operational models that can most effectively support meeting those needs. •Development of tools, templates and guidelines for OCFS to use in enhancing and building collaborative partnerships with counties, health care facilities, and other organizations across South Dakota to efficiently deliver services and ensure access to those services for the individuals and communities that need them
