Specifications include, but are not limited to: Identification of Participants – The vendor will work with the Board or institution to identify key stakeholder groups to participate in focus group interviews by the vendor to provide 360 feedback from the stakeholder group perspective – students, faculty, staff, faculty senate, administrative team, foundation members, alumni, local community leaders, and so forth. Information gathering – The vendor will formulate questions/survey methodology and will complete on-site visits to the University to meet with participants, or survey participants depending on the individual being evaluated and the requirements of the university or board for the evaluations. The vendor will also meet with the individual being evaluated to gather pertinent information and explain the process. Analysis and Report – The vendor will analyze the information gathered from the evaluation participants and will develop a report of findings and recommendations to be discussed with the individual evaluated and the Board, Executive Director and/or supervisor of the individual being evaluated.
