Specifications include, but are not limited to: The improvements for this facility involve multidisciplines including civil and electrical engineering and architectural design work. In 2012, a space needs study was completed to: 1) inventory and assess the adequacy of the facility space to reasonably accommodate the current desired functions; and 2) look out over the next 25-year period evaluating the future space needs and assess whether the current facilities meet the needs. What was found in the study included needs for bus storage; however, the bus storage aspect was determined not to be needed with changes in the projected fleet size in the future. Therefore, the emphasis has become more on administrative and operations office improvements. The following functions need improvements: • Secure storage Meeting space. • Shared work spaces. • Customer service area improvements. • Improvements to the parts room. • Improvements to the maintenance office area.
