Specifications include, but are not limited to: The system should enable YLI facilitator(s) to directly administer the training to district leadership, school leadership teams, instructional coaches, lead teachers, school improvement teams and coaches, teacher mentors and teacher-based teams. It should also include supporting our teachers as they set personal professional and instructional goals through video feedback. 1. The contractor must deliver an educator growth and competency system that meets the overview requirements listed above. ; 2. An evidence-based, professional development curriculum that includes an integrated approach to school improvement involving these three areas: • An instructional leadership team model that includes instruction on identifying a problem of practice, creating, launching and sustaining goals to support the vision, includes distributed leadership curriculum and implements a weekly meeting structure to ensure accountability and measuring progress.
