Specifications include, but are not limited to: The project will have three distinct and related phases: design—converting the concept plan into a shovel-ready set of plans; demolition—removal of the existing façade and debris; and construction—installing a new concrete slab (including an ADA compliant ramp from the rear alley) with decorative pavers to approximately match the floor height of the neighboring West Main Street buildings, installation of the entryway feature, bistro-style lighting, and outdoor furniture. All improvements will be done according to approved plans and specifications; providing necessary plans and documentation to move forward with the completion of the project in a timely manner; and, providing representation at meetings with city officials when requested. The timeline for completing this project is 6 months from the contract execution date.
