Specifications include, but are not limited to: SBTCE is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a comprehensive, enterprise-wide student lifecycle management solution. The Technical College System is comprised of sixteen (16) Technical Colleges with an annual enrollment of more than 124,914. Whereas, the staff at the individual Technical Colleges will continue to answer and resolve student inquiries that result from walk-in’s and possibly e-mail traffic, the awarded vendor will assume the front line for all “call-in” services. The solution offered should provide a staffed call center that has fully integrated capabilities with each Technical College’s operating system that allows for real time answers and solutions to students inquires. Vendor should also have the capabilities to provide access to chat services with live operator via each Technical Colleges web site; provide incident submission tracking; knowledge based search and seamless integration with institutional technology systems.
