Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project will upgrade the existing electrical utility service and standby emergency generator service to our Stoney Road Pump Station. The contractor will upgrade the utility service into the pump station per the Electrical Section 16400 specifications, and install the following District provided equipment: a new 300KW emergency generator, a new 500-amp transfer switch, and a new pump station control panel. The contractor will be responsible for reconnecting all ancillary equipment and reestablishing all connections. The contractor is also responsible for coordinating delivery of and offloading the new generator, as well as providing a new concrete pad for the new generator. There is an existing generator that will be removed by NCSD prior to project start; the contractor will be responsible for removing the existing generator concrete pad. The District will install new pumps but will not complete the electrical connections. The contractor will be responsible for reconnecting all ancillary equipment and reestablishing all connections. This station is and will be on bypass (at the responsibility of NCSD) until project completion.
