Snow Plow and Accessories

Specifications include, but are not limited to: Qty – 2 BOSS 7’ 6” Super Duty Straight Blade – The blade shall be 7’6” wide with a full moldboard trip blade design. Blade moldboard shall be constructed from 11 gauge steel and comes standard with a ½”x6” cutting edge and cast iron wear shoes. Blade shall be 29” high with 7 vertical and 2 diagonal ribs. Blade measures 78” wide when angled at 30 degrees and 90” when in the straight position. Blade shall have a heavy duty pushframe and quadrant which have 1 ½” x 10” hydraulic angle rams attached directly to. The quadrant shall have built in angle ram stops. ; The plow shall have a hydraulically assisted attaching mechanism with an electrical toggle switch mounted on the headgear. The connecting pin spring levers can be properly positioned and shall engage automatically when toggle switch is energized and headgear is raised by use of the hydraulic lift cylinder and hydraulic power unit. The system shall also have a direct mounted 2” x 1 ¾” x 10” double acting lift ram with no lift chain or linkage ; The plow system shall have a headlamp system with SL3 LED Lights with Ice Shield Technology to prevent icing. LED lights shall be fully sealed. Directional and parking lights shall be built into the lights. The headlamp mounting mechanism shall have a fully adjustable wrap around type hold down mount and tab style adjustment locking mechanism. ; The electrical system shall have two connectors at the vehicle grille. The control harness shall have complete compatibility to operate any RT3 plow with no modifications to the harness. The electrical power for the plow shall come directly from the vehicle battery and shall have no effect on other vehicle systems.
