Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State Accident Fund expects to obtain cost-effective Worker’s’ Compensation Subrogation services that consistently meets or exceeds a set of well-defined service and recovery levels. The Contractor shall: A.Promptly undertake the collection of all accounts referred by the State Accident Fund without regard to the amounts to achieve a maximal recovery of debts. B.Identify potential subrogation possibilities and pursue recovery as appropriate. C.If necessary, be responsible for the filing of liens and judgments in the appropriate counties. D.Not enter into a repayment agreement with the debtor without the prior written consent of the Fund. The Contractor shall send the signed repayment agreement to the Fund once completed. E.Unless otherwise directed by the Fund, the contractor shall continue all cases received prior to termination of the resulting contract until obligations have been resolved.
