Specifications include, but are not limited to: -Contractor must furnish and install specified carpet and flooring models -Contractor must professionally remove old carpet and cove base and prep floor and wall for installation. -Where agreed upon; contractor must carefully move office furniture taking care to minimize any damage to State property. -Contractor’s staff must abide by all SCDMH policies on tobacco, drugs, and contraband and any other policy relating to their work area. -Contractor must provide any required state, local, or federal licenses to perform this work prior to beginning the job. -Contractor’s staff must wear clearly identifiable outfits with the contractor’s logo visible. -All work must be coordinated with the assigned SCDMH Project Manager.
