Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University’s Office of Institutional Research, Assessment and Analysis seeks to have a solution to support faculty activities and electronic student learning portfolios (ePortfolios) in accordance with all requirements provided herein. The solution must be turnkey, fully integrated and web-based. The University engages in ongoing processes of integrated and institution-wide planning, student retention and success. An integrated solution to support faculty activities will enable management of faculty evaluations, promotion and tenure that includes compiling and producing annual activity reports by various University constituents. An electronic student learning portfolio allows students an opportunity to design and maintain an electronic portfolio for academic and professional advancement. Student learning portfolios demonstrate competencies to future employers through a comprehensive record of student learning. Data retrieved will be used as a resource in the institution-wide planning and annual university assessment reports. The solution must serve as a repository for the collection of faculty and student artifacts in all formats.
