Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. UofSC CAP- SHS seeks an after-hours mental health service that provides telephone-based triage and referral services for UofSC students who are experiencing urgent need for contact with a mental health professional or family members, faculty and staff, or other members of the UofSC community who become aware of such students. The service should provide the following minimum levels of support. Service Provider must comply with all security measures that are required by state and or federal laws, and guidelines to include HIPAA. 2. A dedicated telephone line into the call center which identifies UofSC community members to the provider. The Contractor must allow UofSC telephone system to be forwarded to the call center. 3. Procedures to contact UofSC personnel in cases of significant campus crisis or other events that could impact multiple campus entities by its nature 4. Flexible coverage schedules that can be adjusted based on the campus academic schedule and hours of operation for Student Health Services
