Specifications include, but are not limited to: Innovyze Infowater is the software required to create the model. Water distribution system improvements will be determined after the model has been calibrated. Storage capacities will be evaluated and recommendations for system/hydraulic improvements will be made. In addition, water age analysis will be evaluated. Based on the results of the hydraulic model, the consultant will sync the model with York County’s ICIP tool and prepare a list of recommended improvements. The recommended improvements list will contain the following information: type of project (booster pump, storage, pipe looping, etc.), the general location of the improvement, order of installation, probable cost estimates, and the purpose of the improvement in the overall system. The consultant will deliver to the County a report and all supporting data of the review and findings. The report will summarize the data collected for the preparation of the updated model, an overview of the model, and a list of recommendations for system improvements. Digital copies of the model will also be submitted to the County. Once County staff has loaded the digital model onto County equipment, the consultant will review the system model with County personnel and provide the County direction for keeping the system updated.
