Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Contractor shall provide the City with pre-employment psychological assessment services primarily for its Police and Fire Department candidates. B. Contractor shall follow the guidelines for Pre-Employment Psychological Evaluations established by the International Association of Chief of Police for both written test(s) and interview. The Proposer shall provide details as to their ability to meet these guidelines and their proposed methodology. C. Contractor shall provide professional psychological services in accordance with applicable, professional practices, and ethical standards. All evaluation services will be provided by the Contractor. D. Contractor shall conduct pre-employment services in accordance with all pertinent employment laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). E. The test services must be managed by a licensed psychologist.
