Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Milk 1% butterfat, minimum milk solids not fat 9%, US Grade A fresh, approved, pasteurized, homogenized, Vitamin A and D enriched (white only) • White Milk, Non-Fat less than ½% butterfat, minimum milk solids not fat 9%, US Grade A fresh, approved, pasteurized, homogenized, Vitamin A & D enriched. • Assorted flavors that may be available from dairy, Non-Fat, less than ½% butterfat, minimum milk solids not fat 9%, US Grade A fresh, approved pasteurized, homogenized, Vitamin A & D enriched. • Fat Free (Skim) white milk (8 oz. pint), must provide at least calories 247g, total carbohydrates 12g, total fat 0g, protein 8g. • Milk to be packaged in standard ½ pint (8 oz) container cartons (no plastic). Gallon Milk may be in plastic gallon jugs. • Samples may be required from bidding companies.
