Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Configuration, Install, and training for Microsoft Project Server 2016. The scope of work for the Project Server 2016 project includes all planning, execution, implementation, and training for a new onsite instance of Project Server 2016 in both a development environment and a production environment. The selected vendor will be responsible for the installation and configuration of Project Server 2016 in accordance with SCDOR requirements and feedback from the SCDOR PMO. Each stage of the project will require approval from both the Technology Services CIO and SCDOR’s Chief Information Security Officer CISO before moving to the next stage. The selected vendor must ensure it has adequate resources for installation, configuration, customization, testing, and implementing Project Server 2016 and is staffed for the training of SCDOR personnel as well. Specific deliverables and milestones will be listed in the Work Requirements and Schedules and Milestones sections of this SOW.
