Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contactor shall provide services according to the following schedule: Weekly Service - March 1 through October 31 (36 weeks) Once per month service - November 1 through February 28. (4 months) Time available for servicing: Monday – Friday from 9:00AM through 4:00PM, except for scheduled school closings, holidays, and school closings that may be announced due to inclement weather or other events. No weekend work or afterhours work is authorized without prior written approval from the site coordinator. Specifications: Contractor shall: 1. Mow all turf areas at 2.5” – 3”. Rake and remove any buildup of grass clippings. 2. Keep shrubs pruned to maintain neat and clean appearance using proper horticultural techniques. Remove all clippings and debris generated from property. 3. Keep trees pruned up from the ground a minimum of 6.5’, remove sucker growth and dead wood that can be reached from the ground with a pole pruner. Perform each of these tasks using proper horticultural techniques. Remove all limbs and debris generated from property. 4. Keep grounds free of weeds in bedding areas, parking surfaces, along fence lines, curbs,sidewalks, concrete pads, patios, dry ponds and around trees and shrubs. 5. Trim and edge all curbs, sidewalks and parking lots to maintain neat and clean appearance. 6. Remove all leaves, sticks, limbs, trash and debris in beds, turf, parking surfaces, concrete pads, and patios, along fence lines, dry ponds and sidewalks. 7. Clean up the site after inclement weather events at the rate provided on the bidding schedule. TTC shall consider an inclement weather event to be a weather event that produces winds in excess of 35 MPH that causes limbs and other vegetation to fall from trees or otherwise be blown or deposited onto the site. 8. Check-in with the site coordinator upon arriving on site to perform services and check-out upon completion of services. 9. Submit invoices after completion of all work. TTC will not pay for services in advance.
