Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Underground Storage Tank (UST) Management Division of the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (Agency) is seeking services to perform High Resolution Site Characterization (HRSC) to determine the subsurface geology as well as the horizontal and vertical extent of free product and petroleum chemicals of concern (CoC) released from regulated underground storage tank systems and in accordance with predefined standard operating procedures and performance standards for all facilities. The data collected to date varies with each facility. The objective is to gather the appropriate information to evaluate the risk the release may pose in accordance with the current revision of the South Carolina UST Programmatic Quality Assurance Program Plan (QAPP) for the UST Management Division, SUPERB Site Rehabilitation, and Fund Access Regulations, R. 61-98.
