Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is SCDHHS’ intent to obtain a qualified Contractor to create and facilitate the administration of an employee engagement survey for approximately 1,500 SCDHHS staff. SCDHHS uses the annual engagement survey to supplement SCDHHS’ Employee Performance Management System (EPMS) process by providing managers with meaningful feedback. The goal of the employee engagement survey is to allow SCDHHS to use the information obtained to increase employee productivity, satisfaction, retention and motivation, and enhance leadership competencies. SCDHHS seeks options for administering an employee engagement survey. This system shall develop the survey questions, tally those results, and provide feedback and training for those responsible for providing reports to SCDHHS’s senior level management. Currently SCDHHS employees 1,500 staff and 250 managers.
