Specifications include, but are not limited to: Desired: Quality Assurance (“QA”) and Quality Improvement (“QI”) reports allow those with proper credentials to view either the PCR or the data file, or both, directly from the QA/QI report. This process should not take an excessive period of time and should not require the end-user to re-enter parameters or re-run the report to proceed to the next case in the report. The EPCR System shall have robust off-line capability (functioning stand alone on a personal computer) when network connectivity is interrupted. Loss of connectivity shall not negatively affect end-user experience, and when connection is re-established, the program seamlessly continues to function as normal. Offeror must be able to successfully transmit data to Cardiac Arrest Registry to Enhance Survival (CARES), managed by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Emory University.
