Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide grounds maintenance services with attention to detail before or after events that result in a desirable aesthetic appearance for venue rental. • Complex shall be kept in a clean and tidy condition. • Collect and remove all leaves, debris and litter throughout complex including from fountains. • Dispose of all collected leaves, debris and litter off site. • Blow all hard surfaces on site to include venue entrances, exits, stairs, walkways, patios, and Mansion Mall. • Rake all garden paths. • Rake all turf as needed. Need determined by Venue Manager or designee. • Provide prompt service when directed by Venue Manager or designee to correct or complete clean-up services deemed inadequate or incomplete. • Coordinate schedule of all work with Venue Manager to avoid conflicts with facility rentals. • Work will typically be performed between 7:30-9:30 am unless otherwise arranged. • Majority of work needed will be on Saturdays along with some Sundays and weekdays. • Sometimes work is needed on a holiday such as Labor Day or Memorial Day. • Work could be needed even in cases of bad weather such as rain. • Site supervisor must be available for emergency service when necessary. • Contractor shall provide enough staff to get all tasks completed in two hours. • Do not use any chemicals while working on complex. • No equipment may be stored on site. • Contractor’s principle owner and site supervisor must attend all meetings called by Venue Manager to review workmanship and performance. Typically once a quarter as needed unless there is an issue. • Site supervisor must check in with Venue Manager or designee upon entering and leaving the premises. • Prior to site supervisor leaving, the Venue Manager or designee will conduct a walk through to ensure contracted services have been completed thoroughly. Venue Manager or designee will be the sole assessor of the contractor’s maintenance performance and workmanship. • Contractor’s personnel shall wear company name tags or clothing at all times while on site. • All work invoiced shall have been performed and completed in accordance with contract specifications to ensure payment. Invoices shall be subject to Venue Manager’s review and approval.
