Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. All office furniture shall be dusted. 2. Computer monitors shall be cleaned with glass cleaner. 3. Glass doors and windows shall be cleaned with glass cleaner. 4. All walls shall be wiped with a slightly dampened cloth to remove dust, dirt, spider-webs, or any other debris from the surface. 5. All entrance door mats shall be swept and cleaned to remove any dirt/debris/trash. 6. All carpeted areas shall be vacuumed and any soiled areas shall be spot cleaned. 7. The coffee station, microwave, stove area, and refrigerator shall be sanitized (with disinfectant) and wiped down. 8. Restroom shall be sanitized (with disinfectant) to include all toilet bowls, toilet seats, toilet bases, sinks, and counters. 9. Toilet tissue, paper towels, and soap shall be replaced in restrooms as needed. 10. Restroom mirrors shall be cleaned with glass cleaner to remove any smudges, streaking, dirt, and/or dust. 11. Restroom floors shall be swept and mopped. 12. Trash shall be emptied from all trash receptacles. 13. Trash receptacle liners shall be replaced (as needed or as requested). 14. Trash shall be placed in the refuse container located on the property
