Specifications include, but are not limited to: This training will provide instruction on what is legal, ethical and productive behavior in the workplace and explains what tools are available to deal with issues in order to provide a harassment-free and productive workplace. Training must target unlawful discrimination practices. Training must provide leaders/employees with the tools they need to manage fairly and legally in today’s changing workplace, sets standards for inclusive, professional behavior and helps minimize legal and compliance risks. Training must be conducted by facilitators with legal credentials and a background in legal issues associated with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) complaints, investigations, and resolutions. Facilitated training may be conducted at any facility on the University of South Carolina Upstate campus.
