Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Supply materials, supplies, equipment, labor, and supervision on an “on-call” basis to perform site clean- up and decontamination, and disposal of various hazardous and non-hazardous material releases which may include but are not limited to: Mercury containing equipment. Compressed gases. Commercial chemical products. Laboratory chemicals such as acids, bases, corrosives, and oxidizers. Flammable and combustible liquids (solvents, fuels). Flammable and combustible solids. Oils and greases (lubricating, hydraulic, cutting, vegetable, dielectric, et al). Janitorial chemicals and wastewaters. Anti-freeze and coolants. Agricultural chemicals. 2. Perform all emergency response work in strict accordance with all Federal, State, and local laws, rules, and regulations. Contractor’s personnel shall be trained to perform emergency response work in accordance with 29 CFR 1910.120. 3. Properly dispose of all materials collected only at SC DHEC or US EPA licensed and approved facilities. 4. Prepare all documentation required by Federal, State and County regulations to include manifests, with a copy returned to the Contract Coordinator within 30 calendar days. 5. Provide a (24) hour telephone contact to the Contract Coordinator and Contract Administrator.
