Specifications include, but are not limited to: • User License to cover 16 employees with option to add additional users if needed. • Web Based Case Management and Tracking System will need to include document management, imaging software, interactive dashboards and searches, report manager, task management (setting due dates, reminders, assign tasks, time keeping, to do lists, etc.) and online MS Word Editor. • Ability to store Word Documents, PDFs, case notes, emails, imaged documents, videos, and other types of media with cases in the system. • Manage detailed information on any number of persons associated with a case. • Will require setup based on Commission’s workflows and processes, project management, installation, testing, software maintenance, implementation, end user training, and ongoing support.
