Specifications include, but are not limited to: Clemson University’s Office of Human Resources is seeking to procure a cloud-based Case Management 15 System (CMS) for Employee Relations, Benefits, and Leave Management cases as well as Performance 16 Management. This case history and document management system will be used to manage employee 17 relations cases (complaints, investigations, grievances, performance issues, etc.), leave management 18 (FMLA, extended leaves of absence, etc.), performance management (annual performance reviews, self19 assessments, etc.), and benefits management (workflow and case management for qualifying events such 20 as births, marriages, retirements, etc.) for Clemson University’s workforce of approximately 4,000 21 employees and will be a vehicle for reporting and tracking statuses and activity and storing associated 22 documents.
