Specifications include, but are not limited to: This work includes the provision of all labor, equipment, tools, additional material (if needed), supervision and administration to integrate the work outlined in this project manual to tie the outdoor covered seating area (pavilion) into the existing school building. 2.2 All existing material is currently located at the HCS Facilities Department located at 1160 E. Hwy. 501, Conway, SC 29526. All existing material must be inspected and engineer-approved prior to installation. Any material deemed damaged must be replaced with new. All mechanical fasteners must be new. 2.3 Material quantities must be inventoried and any shortages will have to be addressed prior to the material leaving the HCS Facilities/Maintenance complex site. This includes decking, internal gutters and columns.
