Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a service provider for an integrated solution (including both hardware and software) for the planning, implementation, management, reporting, analysis, and support of a routing and scheduling system to assist the South Carolina Department of Education (SCDE) statewide school bus fleet and South Carolina School District owned school buses (in Aiken, Barnwell 45, Cherokee, Clarendon 1, Kershaw, Laurens 55, Lee, Lexington 2, Lexington 3, and Orangeburg 3 school districts). This tool will assist the SCDE and the participating school districts with needs assessment, efficiency improvement, and student safety and well-being. The software shall be able to interface with existing core software (Asset Works).
