Specifications include, but are not limited to: Project consists of installing (turnkey) all aspects of the specified Rigid Fall Protection System (see Exhibit C) at the City of Rock Hill’s existing garage facility. 6.1.1.1 Brand substitutions WILL NOT be allowed. 6.1.2 Installation and specifications are per the project plans and manufacturer’s guidelines (see Exhibits A and B). 6.1.3 Final product must yield a fully functioning system per manufacturer’s standards and per SC Building Code. 6.1.4 Contractor and fabricator must meet all South Carolina Special Inspection requirements per SC Building Codes. 6.1.5 The installers are required to have and maintain a specialty license with Structural Framing or Structural Shapes, or a BD license that the Structural Framing and Structural Shapes classification in its definitions. The license must be in good standing and issued by the SCLLR. 6.1.5.1 Contractor must be approved or authorized by Rigid Lifelines to install the specified product. 6.1.5.2 Installers should process and maintain OHSA 10 and 30 cards throughout the life of the project. 6.1.5.3 Installers should also provide the City users will all appropriate training for the specified products. 6.2 Additional Contractor Responsibilities 6.2.1 Contractor shall provide a schedule of work to be completed with provisions for delay due to weather. 6.2.2 Contractor is responsible for cleanup of the site at the end of each work day and at the completion of work. 6.2.3 All work must be completed between the hours of 7:00 am and 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday, unless differing hours have been approved by an authorized member of City staff. 6.2.4 All work must be coordinated with an authorized member of City staff
