Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be required to perform the following: As a trained ARC Reflections professional, the Contractor and instructors’ must facilitate the ARC Reflections program, with model fidelity, at a minimum of three (3) times a year in Richland County. The model is designed to be administered weekly or bi-weekly. Each session must include 2 hour trainings of each of the nine (9) modules as follows: Understanding Trauma Behavior Makes Sense Put on Your Oxygen Mask Cultivate Connection Mirror, Mirror Calm, Cool, Connected Respond, Don’t React Who Are You? All About Identity Endings and Beginnings Ensure that staff facilitating the ARC Reflections program have received train the trainer from Annie E. Casey/Trauma Center at JRI. Setting up the ARC Program Curriculum dates and time at the pilot location site and collaborate with local SCDSS offices to ensure that Kinship caregivers are aware of the ARC Reflections program and to recruit caregivers for participation to ensure that all training sessions maintain a minimum of 75% capacity.
