Specifications include, but are not limited to: The software shall come equipped with various modules. Such modules include general accounting, payroll, procurement, fundraising, reporting, and inventory management according to the specifications herein. 1. Data migration. Contractor shall perform all steps necessary to import historical data into the new system, including but not limited to the below steps. a. Cleanse existing data. b. Convert cleansed data into a format compatible with Contractor’s system, with data also backed up in other formats compatible with generally accepted industry standards. c. Import cleansed, converted data into new system. d. Ensure data is stored in a format that is easily extractible and compatible with industry standards. e. Implement a plan to protect and transfer data during disengagement period. 2. Type of system. Contractor shall provide a subscription-based accounting software-as-a-service (SaaS) with Web-based access from all modern web browsers (including but not limited to Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome). The system should include modules for payroll, accounting, procurement, fundraising, reporting, and inventory/assets management; with the following characteristics: a. Internet / Cloud-based. i. All data stored within continental United States. ii. All data stored in a geographically distinct, redundant cloud within continental United States as a failsafe measure. iii. Data must be encrypted when in transit and at rest. iv. Cloud security, backup and recovery measures which must be FedRAMP-compliant. v. Real-time access for multiple workflow users. vi. Full daily backups at minimum. b. Provision for estimated forty-eight (48) accounts as follows: i. 46 accounts for LPs. ii. 1 account for 4K. iii. 1 account for OFS. c. Easy-to-learn, easy-to-operate with online reference documentation and live support with user-friendly service.
