Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall provide all labor and materials necessary to design, supply and install a 13D sprinkler system at the Boy’s Transition Home. The Boy’s Transition Home is a single story house, approximately 3,000 sq. ft., 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 4 office spaces. Currently, the house interior is in framing stage with exposed studs, ceiling, rafters or drop ceilings. Prior to installation, the successful contractor will provide DJJ a thorough and complete design, drawings, and submittals that are required for approval by the Office of State Engineer (OSE) and Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM) for a 13D sprinkler system for the Boys Transition home (See Floor Plan on Page 17). In addition to required submittals noted above for OSE, OSFM, and DJJ approval, contractor shall also provide as-built drawings at completion of installation. The contractor shall provide connection to current C-900 piping which has been installed and located approximately 5’ from house. Contractor shall supply new pipe from the C900 connection that would run underground and up the outside of the exterior wall and into the house.
