Licensed firms are invited to submit electronic sealed bids for "Chris Anderson Landing Parking Lot Repair” -- IFB # 2019-20-091. It is anticipated that any goods and/or services under the resulting contract from this solicitation may be funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and is contingent upon funding availability; therefore, all rules and regulations related to the funding source may apply. Local Vendor Preference is NOT APPLICABLE to this sealed bid process. 
Your firm is required to provide bid security in the sum of no less than five percent (5%) of the bid price (excluding alternates and/or optional bid items). The successful and awarded bidder will be required to submit Performance and Payment Bonds in the sum of no less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
