Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Fill void(s) beneath an existing driveway, curb and gutter to re-establish contact between the substrate material and the pavement. The volume of the void(s) is roughly 6.15 cubic yards and roughly 1,230 square feet of area. 2. The contractor shall fill the void(s) using an excavatable, pressure injected, flowable fill. 3. Contractor shall submit the design specifications of the flowable fill material and their proposed injection method for district approval with their bid. 4. The contractor shall remove, demolish, and dispose of a section of damaged concrete curb and sidewalk. After removal, the contractor shall add suitable fill and compact as necessary. The contractor shall pour and broom finish the concrete sidewalk and pour and smooth finish the section of curb. The contractor shall use a ready-mixed concrete with a minimum of 3,000 psi, at 28 days of curing. The concrete shall be reinforced with metal fabric or fiber.
