1. Maps for current ponds can be found on pages 4 – 21. Some areas have multiple areas highlighted 2. Clear all vegetation inside storm drain basins 3. Clear all fencing from weeds & vines 4. Any debris removal will be the responsibility of the contractor 5. Any damage to fencing or basin lids done by contractor will be the contractor’s responsibility to repair 6. Contractor is obligated to stay within DHEC guidelines for maintaining retention/detention ponds 7. Contractor will notify school district before working inside retention/detention ponds 8. Herbicides can be used. If used, contractor will be required to SC Reg Spray License (category 3 Ornamental & Pest Turf and category 5 Aquatics) Documentation must be provided 9. Contractor must account for heavy growth during rainy season 10. TL Hanna road frontage will be maintained 2x per year, once in the Spring & once prior to school starting 11. Site visit: Available upon request. Must notify Jason Hamby. 12. Before leaving each day, site must be cleaned up and trash / debris disposed of off site.
