Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor must use a disinfectant known to kill the TB Virus for all daily cleaning using “Virex TB” or approved substitute once weekly. Bleach products are not to be used in this facility. Restrooms: 1. Wipe outside of toilets and toilet seats with disinfectant and clean wall area behind toilets as well as handicap rails. 2. Scrub inside of toilet with disinfectant. 3. Clean and disinfect sink and clean wall area behind sink. Spot clean remaining walls. 4. Clean mirror with glass cleaner. 5. Empty trash and replace can liner. Also spray can with disinfectant. 6. Refill paper towel and tissue as needed and clean dispenser. 7. Refill soap dispenser as needed and clean dispenser. 8. Sweep or vacuum and wet mop floors with germicidal detergent solution. 9. Wipe door knobs and both sides of doors leading into restrooms with disinfectant. 10. Stall walls in bathrooms cleaned daily. Daily Requirements for Rest of Facility: 11. Clean, disinfect and dry all water fountains to a spot free finish. 12. Sweep or vacuum all uncarpeted areas and wet mop with disinfectant cleaner. All floors must be kept clean, dirt-free, and trash free. Including stairwell steps and elevator floor. 13. Spot vacuum carpet as necessary. 14. Damp wipe furniture in waiting areas, group rooms, dining rooms, and conference rooms, where applicable with disinfectant. 15. Empty trash in all offices as well as other areas of building. 16. Spray receptacles with disinfectant and replace all can liners as needed. 17. Clean all door glass and reception area glass to remove any smudges, smears, finger prints etc. on any glass surface as needed. 18. Disinfect all doorknobs and handles with “Virex TB” or a suitable substitution. 19. Vacuum or sweep all entrances and clean mats. 20. Empty trash receptacles and smoking urns on patio also to include front entrance. Smoking is not allowed inside building. 21. Spot Clean Carpet when situations demand. 22. Remove and dispose of full shredder bags and put in replacement bags as needed. 23. Spot clean walls as needed. Weekly Requirements: 24. All carpet shall be vacuumed thoroughly. “Thoroughly vacuumed” is defined as vacuuming all exposed carpet, i.e., under chairs, tables, desk, etc. 25. Dust and wipe all window sills, disinfect all waiting room chairs and tables 26. Spray and buff all high traffic area VCT floors. Monthly Requirements: 27. Vacuum all doors frames, over doors, corners and crevices. 28. Vacuum HVAC vents. Quarterly Requirements: 29. Top scrub and apply (1) coat of wax to all VCT. The Vendor is to provide a written schedule at the beginning of each contract year. 30. Vacuum and wipe all baseboards. 31. Clean door hinges and jambs. 32. Scrub ceramic floors with tile and grout cleaner.
