Specifications include, but are not limited to: a.New IT Deployment 1.Contractor and/or contractor personnel will be responsible for all transportation to and from SCDPPPS Headquarters (2221 Devine Street, Columbia, SC 29205). Contractor and/or contractor personnel will also be responsible for transportation to each county office listed on the“DeploymentList.”SCDPPPSwillnotberesponsiblefortransportingcontractorand/or contractor’s personnel (employees and/or subcontractors). 2.Contractor and/or contractor personnel will meet at SCDPPPS Headquarters each day of the deployment no later than 8:00 AM each day. Any deviation from this time will be provided by a designee of SCDPPPS. 3.Contractor and/or contractor personnel will load all new equipment on to a SCDPPPS furnished vehicle. 4.Upon arrival at the deployment site, the contractor and/or contractor personnel will unload all IT equipment and deliver to the designated room or rooms provided by SCDPPPS. 5.Contractor and/or contractor personnel will then unbox all equipment (computers, monitors, keyboards, mouse, mouse pad, etc.) and connect all cables to the equipment. 6.Thecontractorand/orcontractor’spersonnelwillassemble equipment as necessary. 7.Contractor and/or contractor personnel will record the serial number(s) of the equipment and the person who is assigned the equipment and the office the equipment is located. Information collected will be provided to SCDPPPS. b.Removal of Existing Equipment and Debris 1.Disconnect all cables from the existing equipment. 2.Scan/record the serial number from the computer. 3.Using the boxes from the new equipment, contractor and/or contractor personnel will place equipment in the boxes and seal each box with packing tape. 4.Collect all remaining debris and place in allocated trash bins.5.Load the equipment and boxes onto a SCDPPPS furnished vehicle. 6.Unload the boxes at the location identified by a designee of SCDPPPS.
